Core Drilling
 We
offer core drilling services starting at
12mm diameter up to 450mm diameter.
Diameters greater than 1000mm can either be
stitch drilled, or wire sawn to create the
required size. Core drilling depths can go
as deep as 5 to 6 meters if required.
Most core drilling tasks are required for
service access through both floor and walls.
We stock all diamond drill bits from 12mm
diameter through to 450mm diameter.

Wall Sawing
 With
our track mounted wall sawing system we can
cut upto a depth of 50 cm from one side of
the walll structure If access is available
on the other side of the wall the depths
indicated can be doubled.
The Wall sawing guarantees a straight and
clean cut even in heavy reinforced concrete.
Points to consider are; operator safety,
thickness of material to be cut, reinforcing
content in wall, site access, time, and
costs.

Floor Sawing
 Our
range of road saw's are powered by diesel,
and electric motors. Power supply for these
units range from 12 hp up to 76 hp. Sawing
depths start as low as 10mm and finish at
550mm, both in concrete and asphalt.
Our majority of floor sawing is completed on
all types of roadways, concrete floors, and
bridges. Both asphalt & concrete can be cut
using this method.

Wire Sawing
 This
system is a versatile application for nearly
unlimited wall thickness, the most widely
different materials, different cutting
guides. Highest flexibility with the
positioning of machine. Ideal with limited
amount of space. Our wire sawing has the
advantage of Convincing performances through
robust construction and high quality raw
materials..
