Return & Refund Policy

At MHE Trading, we aim to provide reliable professional tools and support to contractors and trade customers across the UAE. If you experience an issue with a product purchased from our store, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

1) Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item was received damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

To qualify for return:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Includes all accessories and documentation
Industrial tools and consumables are intended for professional use; once used, items cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

2) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective:

  • Diamond blades and cutting tools that have been used
  • Core drill bits or accessories showing signs of usage
  • Custom ordered / special-order products
  • Clearance or promotional sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

3) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will arrange one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method (if applicable)

4) Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Allow 3–5 business days for processing
  • Additional time may apply depending on your bank/payment provider

5) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable
  • If the return is due to an error by MHE Trading, return shipping will be covered by us
  • If the return is customer-initiated (change of mind), return shipping costs may apply

6) Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7) Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products are inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet the return conditions, the request may be rejected.
