Return & Refund Policy
At MHE Mohan Heavy Equipment Trading Co LLC ("MHE Trading"), we aim to provide reliable tools and professional service to contractors and trade customers across the UAE.
If you experience an issue with a product purchased from our store, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:
- The item was received damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
To qualify for return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- The product must include all accessories and documentation
Industrial tools and consumables are intended for professional use; once used, items cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective:
- Diamond blades and cutting tools that have been used
- Core drill bits or accessories that show signs of usage
- Custom ordered or special-order products
- Items purchased under clearance or promotional sales
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the product and packaging
- Include your order number
Once verified, we will arrange one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the product
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method (if applicable)
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your payment provider or bank
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable
- If the return is due to an error by MHE Trading, return shipping will be covered by us
- If the return is customer-initiated (change of mind), return shipping costs may apply
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Inspection of Returned Products
All returned products are inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet the return conditions listed above, the return request may be rejected.
